Where you choose to spend this time is an important decision. Our job is to bring our experience and expertise to the table to help you find the right place. We try and match your needs with what we know a property offers. Here we are talking about the important needs first - like privacy, space, views, security, proximity to beaches and so on.
Before taking a property on board, we go through an extensive review process. All properties are visited and photographed by our consultants, and a detailed description form completed. Discussions are held with property owners to identify what may need to be done to improve the property for letting purposes. Although the price reflects the average standard of the property, we do not market properties that we consider to be unlettable.
Prices are decided upon by comparison to other properties of a similar quality and location. This ensures that you will always be quoted a fair price.
Cleanliness is of paramount importance. Our housekeeping team prepares most of our properties for guest's arrival. Sometimes we rely on the work of other's, in which case we generally inspect the property before arrival.
In the unlikely event that something breaks down and stops working during your stay, we are here to quickly solve the problem. You will not need to deal with plumbers, electricians or TV technicians.
We see our role as going beyond the obvious, and we can provide you with advice on restaurants, activities, day trips, in fact anything you may need to help you make the most of your time in the sun.
