The Accommodation Bureau was established in 1997 and has grown into one of the largest rental agencies servicing the Plettenberg Bay market.
The business was purchased by the Roberts family in 2002, and under the guidance of Charles and Deanne Roberts it has continued to go from strength to strength.

Irene Van Wijk is the business operations manager, who has more than 10 years experience in the holiday rental industry in Plettenberg Bay.
When making a booking you will deal with Venita our rental agent. Venita also has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. She worked for many years in the hotel industry prior to joining Accommodation Bureau where she now successfully applies her knowledge to the self-catering market.
Our home manager, Zamari, looks after all issues arising from the physical properties, such as maintenance and inventory control.
In addition we employ a team of cleaners who work exclusively for Accommodation Bureau, and who are managed by our two housekeeping supervisors. This team is responsible for preparing the properties that we manage before your arrival.
