UPSTAIRS : Spacious open-plan formal lounge, dining area (seats 8) & modern kitchen. Lounge has magnificent views with folding doors to the semi-covered spacious outside entertainment area (±150m²). Outside area consists of 2nd outside lounge (with fire-place), pool, jacuzzu and further informal gazebo dining area - all with same spectacular views. Bedroom 1 is upstairs & opens onto the pool/Jacuzzi area.
MIDDLE LEVEL : 2nd & 3rd Bedroom
LOWER LEVEL : 4th & 5th Bedroom. Central open TV room & pool table - all rooms open onto a balcony overlooking lowest patio which is above the garage.

- Maids room available (1x single ensuite shower/toilet), please bring your own linen & towels.
- Mandatory maid works 6 days a week (Mon-Fri, 8-3pm & Sat 8-12pm) & is included in the rental. A 2nd maid is required to work when 6 or more tenants are in residence. Mon-Fri ( 8-5pm) @ R100 per day - for tenants account. Tenants to please supply maids with basic foods/tea/coffee for breakfast and lunch. Maids do not work on public holidays.
